Identify potential pathogen transmission routes in dental practice and infectious agents of concern for dental personnel.
Identify when standard and transmission-based precautions must be implemented.
Assess standard precautions, including hand hygiene, personnel immunization, personal protective equipment, cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of instruments.
